Anders and one of his best buds, Sophia, had a special outing to the Childrens Museum for the Bob The Builder exhibit. Ironically enough they spent five minutes with Bob and the rest of the morning playing in the water.

The Gingerbread Boy Mask

Anders decorated "the mask" at school and then wore it non-stop for three weeks straight. We aren't really sure why he lovingly called it, "gingerbread boy", but we feel it had something to do with another project he did at school that same week. The eye holes were not easy to see through so the glittery green mask was always riding just above his eyebrows. He wore it to bed, to soccer, to the store, to school, to nap, hung it on the bathroom cabinet during bath and put it over his warm winter hat when we insisted. Then one day, I noticed it hanging on the bathroom cabinet. Anders had not asked for it and so I left it there. And there it lived, all alone, for three whole days. So I whisked it up and put it in his baby keep-box. I am sure when he sees this video we will have a small revival and he and Gingerbread Boy will be reunited again.

4 month mommy photo shoot

In typical second child fashion, we have opted to skip the professional photos for Adele until she is one. So, we had a home photo shoot and got some pretty cute pics.

Anders got this bike for his second birthday but just really started getting the hang of motorin around on his own. We are still working on steering though!

Sleep Over

Jairet visited a few weekends ago and we had so much fun watching them work around the house. Each with a toolbox in hand and goggled for safety.

I'm a Big Girl now

We dusted off the exersaucer for the 4th time in its long life (it was originally Kaiden's, then Jairet's, then Anders' and now Adele's and will soon be back at Jaime's for the newest member of the family) and Adele loves it.
